: Job Responsibilities
Provide leadership and support in functional areas of human resources including hiring, employment, personnel records input and management, employee and/or labor relations, compensation and benefits administration, employee development and training, and special projects
Act as a business partner to line managers and provide guidance and counseling on HR-related issues
Develop and implement human resources policies and procedures, disseminate and communicate them through employee booklets/meetings/and other forms of communication and ensure understanding of stakeholders and compliance
Source, screen and interview candidates for employment and support on boarding activities in assigned area
Plan and provide seasonal and temporary employment needs and manage relevant suppliers and employment agencies
Manage HR operations and data feeding for payroll generation and other compensation factors
Actively participate in job evaluation committee aiming at ensuring fair compensation and benefits
Handle grievances and disciplining requirements in assigned areas
Manage, coach and develop a team of HR professionals for different disciplines
